From your first message to the delivered boxes, every stage happens in our own factory. Here is what our injection molding process looks like.
From your idea to a finished part
Share your requirement
Send us a drawing, sample or photo of the part, along with the quantity and colour you need.
Quote and plan
We review what the part needs, confirm material and timeline, and send you a quote.
Die and mold making
Our tool room builds the die and mold in-house, or we prepare your existing mold for production.
Sample and approval
You get a sample to check size, colour, strength and finish. We adjust until you approve it.
Production
Once approved, your order runs on our machines, with the approved sample as the reference.
Quality check
Batches are inspected before they are packed, so what ships matches what you signed off.
Finishing and packing
Parts are finished, counted and packed the way you need them for your own storage or resale.
Delivery
Your order is dispatched on the agreed schedule, and we stay available for repeat runs.

The more detail you send at the start, the faster we can quote and the closer the first sample will be to what you have in mind.

Common questions about timing
Timelines depend on the part. A production run on an existing mold can start quickly, while a brand-new mold takes longer because it has to be designed, cut, trialled and approved first.
Once we see your part, we give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you early if anything changes.
