What is plastic injection molding?
It is a manufacturing process where molten plastic is injected into a mold to produce the same part again and again, with consistent size, shape and finish.
How long does production take?
It depends on the part and the quantity. A run on an existing mold starts quickly; a new mold has to be designed, made, trialled and approved first. We give you a realistic date once we see your part.
Which industries do you serve?
We work with food-service and packaging businesses, household goods brands, motorcycle parts dealers, toy sellers and other manufacturers who need plastic components.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Our in-house team can take your idea, drawing or sample and prepare a production-ready design, including the die and mold.
Can you use a mold I already own?
Yes. If you have your own mold, we can run production on it, and we can also repair or modify a mold when it needs work.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk orders are welcome and are quoted at cost-effective rates. We also handle smaller runs.
